Hi, I'm Kerry Bodine!
I created Bodine & Co. to help people adopt new ways of working and thinking.

I wrote the definitive book on customer experience, and for nearly two decades I’ve advised Fortune 500 companies — as well as the startups that aspire to become them — on how to build customer loyalty and drive stronger business results.

My work combines human-centered design, technology, marketing, and industry analysis to help organizations create experiences that truly work for both customers and employees.

I founded Bodine & Co. in 2014 to partner with organizations in co-creating innovative products, services, and experiences that define their future.
